Secret Weapons new Sports Bra inserts are designed to bring cleavage and lift to swimwear, sports bras and lingerie. They are flexible and lightweight, made to move with you whilst you work out or swim. They are also extremely breathable, as well as machine washable. You can also use these inserts as replacements for worn out pads in current sports bras or swimwear by just slipping them into a preexisting pocket. 

Hand or Machine wash on a gentle cycle in warm water with mild soap. Air dry.
